I loved the room with a view. My room included a microwave and a fridge. The hotel's location was comfy, adjacent to a lake, restaraunts and shopping, and airport. It also was to what I wanted to do in that area.

Staff were efficient, room was comfy with a view. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave were great. The location turned out to be unbeatable and convenient.

Clean room, spacious, close to airport, free shuttle, friendly staff, comfortable bed, good AC, provided amenities.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location in the shower area was unbeatable. Loved the room on the upper level, my bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The hotel is overall clean, the staff is attentive, and the room is incredible. The location of the venue is awesome, next to a lake and the cruise port and airport. Also, if you stay to visit a shopping mall, it's 15 minutes walk away.

This hotel is exceptionally clean and located in a very nice clean building. It is conveniently close to the airport, restaurants, a movie theater, and a shopping plaza. The room is brand-new and bright, with a great view. The pool is excellent. The room also comes with a microwave and a refrigerator.

Our spacious and clean room had a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge. The free shuttle to the airport and pay-for shuttle to the cruise terminal were convenient. The breakfast was good with options like waffles, cereal, bagels, and fruit. The hotel's location by a small lake was pretty. we enjoyed our stay.

Favourable location of the hotel near the mall. Plus, it was adjacent to restaraunts. The room was brand-new and spotless on the upper level, appreciated it. A shower and hair dryers were available there.

The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, especially the young woman at check-in who noticed my sister-in-law's difficulty walking and set us up on the first floor. We also appreciated the convenience of the hotel's shuttle service, which was available from the airport and offered transportation to nearby restaurants and malls free of charge. The location was ideal, with easy access to Oakland and Orlando metropolitan areas.

Great overnight stay, efficient check-in, clean room, prompt shuttle, and good breakfast. The staff was friendly, helpful, and created a festive Super Bowl atmosphere for guests. Good breakfast with some hot items. Prompt and efficient shuttle.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was wonderful, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The highlight was definitely the beautiful pool area, overlooking a serene pond. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with transportation information and recommendations for restaurants that could accommodate our large party of 8. The rooms were clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The service throughout our stay was top-notch.

One minor suggestion would be to provide an extra pillow in the rooms. However, overall, this hotel provided such a luxurious and comfortable experience that we would highly recommend it to families looking for a quality stay.
